It’s hard to believe I started photographing weddings over 19 years ago! I fell in love with photography at a young age when my dad gave me my first Nikon camera at fifteen. I took it with me everywhere I went and loved documenting life. My hobby turned into a career in 2002 and I left my full time dental hygiene job to focus full time one what I loved doing.
A little over 280 weddings later and I truly can't believe how quickly the years have passed or how lucky I am to have amazing clients like you! I can honestly say I love being a photographer and can’t imagine doing anything else. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to connect with you and photograph some of your most cherished moments.
In addition to weddings I love photographing families, seniors and in-home lifestyle sessions! Documenting the lives of our clients is why I love what I do.
When I’m not photographing you can find me spending time with my sweet family, snuggling with my adorable pup, buying too many plants, perfecting a new Nespresso recipe, or planning our next vacation.
I’d love the chance to get to know you, to hear your story and what’s on your heart!
Caleb has been photographing weddings with us for over 3 years. He is Lisa's son and grew up surrounded by all things photography and video. He graduated from Savannah Arts Academy where he was a film student and now works full time as part of our team! He is our reception lighting guru, our stunt man (You need one for some weddings!), and an amazing photographer!
When he's not photographing you will find him fishing, kayaking, or working on his latest art project.
Anna has over 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer and joined Five D in 2018. Anna was the perfect addition to our team because she feels like part of the family. In addition to being a photographer Anna is a pediatric nurse, wife and mom to Oliver and Lincoln! We are so thankful to have her on the team!

GET TO KNOW us
The moments leading up to your wedding are just as important as the wedding itself. It's important to us to make ourselves available to you as you plan out your wedding. It's in the planning of your wedding that we are able to insure we have the right amount of time to capture all the things that matter most to you.
We believe that your wedding photos should be as unique to you as a couple and as individuals. As unique as each wedding is, our goals remains the same: to create beautiful images that stand the test of time and to give our couples, their families and their guests an exceptional experience.
After photographing more than 250 weddings over the past several years, we’ve really come to value the unexpected, intimate moments that take place on a wedding day.
The hug your mom gives you before you leave your dressing room. The tear that falls down his cheek when he sees you walking towards you during your first look. The way the two of you lean your heads together during the toasts.
This day is about more than the flowers and the shoes you chose. It’s about celebrating the start of a new family. It’s an honor to play a part in such a significant day and we hope you’ll choose us to be a part of yours!

Engagement sessions prepare you for your wedding day!
Engagement sessions are a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to practice your posing for wedding day! Couples who do an engagement session seem to be more relaxed on wedding day during their portraits.
bridal sessions are another great trial run!
Having a trial for your hair and make up? Consider doing a bridal session afterwards to see how it all photographs. It also relieves some of the pressure on wedding day knowing you already have lots of great bridal portraits.
