Steeped in history since the late 1700s, the cathedral stands as a cherished venue and the perfect setting for a timeless wedding in Savannah Georgia. Its historic architecture, spanning centuries, provided an enchanting setting for Tara and Clint’s beautiful afternoon ceremony. The classic black and white color scheme, accentuated by pops of gold in the decor, along with the elegant white and green florals, created a truly stunning ambiance. The couple embraced tradition with a full mass, prayer, and communion, sealing their commitment to each other. Post-ceremony, the couple captured timeless moments amid the picturesque oaks and Spanish moss-draped beauty of Lafayette Square.

Reception – Knights of Columbus

Following the heartfelt ceremony, the festivities continued at The Knights of Columbus, conveniently located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. This historic venue, just a short walk from the Cathedral, boasts high ceilings and restored hardwood floors, providing an exquisite backdrop for the celebration. Adding a personal touch, Tara and Clint infused a coastal theme into their reception, reflecting their passion for boating and all things coastal. Each table was named after local islands, and painted oyster shells adorned the decor. The joyous celebration unfolded with the couple dancing the night away to the melodies of VIP DJ’s, culminating in a private last dance as husband and wife. The evening concluded with Tara and Clint embarking on their journey into marital bliss, whisked away in a beautifully decorated pedicab.
